Thank you for logging this Feature Request. Indeed this is a valid request as a dedicated LightBox component is still not available for the Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core. We will monitor the community interest in such a feature and based on it and our priority queue will consider it for future implementation.

That said you can indeed implement similar functionality using the ListView along with a Window to display the clicked image.
