scaffolding with CLI
Add support for scaffolding from the command line, similarly to the way views and templates can be generated with the dotnet-aspnet-codegenerator razorpage command.

Hello Victor,

Scaffolding through the command line has not been implemented for our components yet, so we don't have an example to share.

We will monitor the community's interest in this feature request and plan its implementation accordingly, thus, we advise voting for it, to increase its chances of getting approved.
