PDF Viewer: Add FitToHeight Command

In some scenarios it would be great to be able to Fit To (Single) Page Height, not just to Page Width.

I can see Maui's PdfViewer does have a Search Settings property, but currently no information is provided on how to implement its use nor are there toolbar items documented for it.

FitToHeight is appropriate when Device is in Portrait mode. User may want to see an entire page at a time (especially when scrolling or navigating through several pages), not just the portion that FitToWidth may show. True, he can decrease zoom step by step to get the same result, but that is requiring user to press same button repeatedly when just one should be enough. As a user I would give up on any Pdf Viewer that cannot readily display entire pages -- I would just find another viewer.
