Modify ExcelExport propTypes to include 'title: PropTypes.Requireable<string>;'

ExcelExport has a prop for 'creator'. When the excel file is generated, "creator"'s value is reflected in the file's metadata

For accessibility / screen reader purposes, Title (under Description) must also be populated. Please allow a "title" prop to be accepted by the ExcelExport component.

The feature request is currently not part of our immediate development plans. However, I escalated this to the development team, and it was added to the current Q. 

Please keep an eye on it, as we will update its status once it enters the development pipeline.
