Add an option to customize the filter input of the dropdowns
Add an option to customize the filter input of the dropdowns, e.g. ability to include buttons in the search field, such as a clear field button.

Hi,

Its been over an year the request was initiated and doesn't seem like implemented. Telerik is providing the product to the customers and should maintain consistency regardless of the number of votes and popularity. I was actually looking for a feature to clear the selected or already populated value just using 'X' icon like others but it was not available. Hope you guys will speed up this feature request. If this was already implemented then please let me know.
