Hello, Ashish,

I'm glad to inform you that this feature is already available in version 4.9.0:

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/grid/columns/resizing/

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/grid/api/Grid/#toc-fitcolumns (a method to fit individual columns programmatically)

Could this feature also include filter menu width auto sizing based on the content of the filter menu? In this react demo the contents of the GridColumnMenuCheckboFilter are truncated: https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/grid/filtering/

The jQuery equivalent inclues auto width to fit all content: https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-core/grid/filter-multi-checkboxes

This seems like a feature that should be available for all who would use the grid component. It makes the grid unusable without it.
