Please note that if I manually set focus to the correct element, tab and arrow key behavior are still incorrect. Tab is leaving the popup container and the arrow keys, once cycling past a date at the end of a row or column cause the date page to shift to a new month and the keyboard becomes unresponsive again. Focus appears to be only a part of the problem.
