Export to XLSX with unused ColumnGroup throws exception: Index was out of range
When exporting to Excel XLSX while there are hidden columns at the end of the columns collection and an unused ColumnGroup, the application throws the exception of: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection

Thank you for taking the time for reporting this issue!

This exception is related to a Bug that was recently fixed: After upgrading to 2019.1.115 Export to XLSX throws an exception: Index was out of range. Seems that the fix does not cover all scenarios. There is one more scenario that needs to be counted in to eliminate it entirely.

The workaround provided in the previous Bug report would work and could be used as a temporary fix for this issue.
