Add WAI-ARIA support for RadListBox
The control should provide support for the JAWS screen readers, which will enable it for use by visually impaired users.

Hi everyone,

I have good news that in the next official release, the ListBox will get the long awaited WAI-ARIA support. It will be enabled by default.

We are implementing 508 for our product that using RadListBox control many places. We hope this should be supported 508 soon.
