The dropdown of a Classic RadDropDownList nested in a RadWizard step opens and closes automatically on click in IE 8+
The issue is not reproducible for RadDropDownList with RenderMode="Lightweight" .

Won't fix: The issue is reproducible only when classic dropDownList is in lightweight Wizard only in specific scenario when pixels are rounded down and DropDownList is the last control. The solution is to set height to the Wizard or add 1px margin/padding after the control.
