Hi,
I would like to clarify that the RadPanelBar does not jump anymore on click. The limitation we faced is that in some cases the RadPanelBarItem content flickers/flashes for a fraction of a second when expanding/collapsing the item.

There is a slight flicker in IE in some cases.  We have inspected this issue thoroughly, but we could not find a solution and will leave it as a limitation in this case.
