RadTileList Horizontal Item Layout
Sometime it would be better to have a layout that is not in the metro style.

Where the default is:

1 2 5 6
3 4 7 8 

There are scenarios where:

1 2 3 4 
5 6 7 8

would work much better.   The tile list fits in metro style apps well but has other uses where that style is not really desired.

There has been interest in this for the past couple years in the forum.

And some scenarios where vertical layout would work much better as well:

1 3 5 7
2 4 6 8

Then in some corner cases, a jagged layout would be better.

Apples:    1 2 3 4 5
Oranges: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 
Kiwis:       1 2

or vertical jagged layout
  Apples    Oranges    Kiwis
       1             1             1
       2             2             2
       3             3
       4             4
       5             5
                      6
                      7

I think these could be implemented with  'Group by' and 'Order by' methods
