To be clear: this does not mean "cannot be cropped using touch screen" it means "cannot be cropped IN ANY WAY interactively on a device that happens to have a touch screen". My laptop has a touch screen therefore I cannot use my mouse to drag across crop area. You have in other words a LOT of users for whom cropping is effectively unusable
