FIX: RadGrid VirtualScrolling does not scroll to the bottom when StaticHeaders are enabled (in Chrome)
RadGrid VirtualScrolling does not scroll to the bottom when StaticHeaders are enabled. The issue could be observed in the attached project.

You can use the Grid's Virtualization functionality that should work better and faster http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/grid-virtualization.html
