Add mobile support for RadRating so it can be used in touch devices when it is configured with half or exact precision
Currently the RadRating control can be used in touch devices only when its Precision property is set to Item. It should be possible to perform selection in the rating regardless of its precision.

The issue has been resolved. The functionality will be available in the next official release Q3 2014.
