FIX When a RadSlider scrolls the page in a RadWindow and the mouse goes out of the RadWindow during sliding IE8 sometimes crashes
The IE iframe module crashes, most likely because of the fact that events do not bubble to iframes.

As of the Kendo UI 2017 R1 release, Internet Explorer 8 is no longer supported.
