Localize "From" and "To" in the filter area of the GridDateTimeColumn
It will be interesting if the literals "From" and "To" in the filter area of the GridDatetimecolumn take their values from resources, as all other controls inside RadGrid. This way will be easier to localize the grid.

The localization of the "To" and "From" fields is very important!
It will help me greatly in my current project, as well as future ones.

It would be great if you can add the localization in the RadGrid.Main.resx file.
That would make it very easy to set a value for this property, update it if necessary and maintain the code.
