Add functionality in the VSB to generate a dll file based on the created resources for custom skin.

I agree.  This would help us creating new skins for our production product.

Excellent ideas, this would save a lot of time and make the production of custom skins far easier.

Or if you have the files, you should be able to upload them and get the Telerik.Web.UI.Skins assembly generated
