Configurable Group By box position

Provide the ability for the developer to configure the grid so that the Group By box appears _below_ the CommandItem

This should be configurable. Group panel on top of command bar makes the UI looks odd.

As the OP of the thread mentioned by Martin Roussel I am in FULL support of this.
I absolutely see no reason to have the Group By bar appear above the Command Bar.
