Add functionality for autoexpanding height of multiline RadTextBox when new lines are added
The multiline textbox should increase its high while the user types, after the currently available space if fulfilled. Like in Facebook "What's on your mind " textbox

This certainly would be useful for me.  Also to make an option that when it simply displays you can show all the contents rather than using a scroll bar.
