Localisation for MVC project

I would like to suggest an option when installing or upgrading Kendo MVC project to allow selection or deselection of languages for content and scripts. The extra languages add time to loading the web site and slow down publishing. We only need en-UK and en-US for our main project.

We are moving to automated deployment. Currently when upgrading, we have to manually remove the extra languages which are not required. It would be great to have an option in the wizard to do this when installed and this is set as default for upgrading.

Hi Lance,

Thank you for your suggestion. leaving only the necessary client resources in the Telerik template project makes perfect sense. We will keep tracking the public thread (visible in our feedback portal here: https://feedback.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/1453202-localisation-for-mvc-project). Based on the support it receives from the community, we will decide on whether to proceed with its implementation or not. Do not forget to cast your vote for the above.

This would also be useful for the themes. We currently only use one theme for our main project, and this is not selectable, so the other content/scripts are adding bloat to the publish/upgrade, etc.
