The Checkbox is not working correctly when it is inside a Toolbar

Bug report

The Checkbox is not working correctly when it is inside a Toolbar.
The issue is a regression starting with Kendo - 2022.3.913

Reproduction of the problem

Open the following dojo example:
https://dojo.telerik.com/eLuhaxuV/4

Click on the Checkbox.

Expected/desired behavior

The checkbox value should change when it is clicked.

Environment

  • Kendo UI version: 2022.3.913
  • Browser: [all ]

Hello,

The problem with the Toolbar is already fixed and is available in the latest internal build version. You can get the latest build from telerik.com after logging in. Navigate to the Downloads page, select the product (in this case Progress® Telerik® UI for ASP.NET MVC) and select the Internal Builds section. 

Thus you can get the latest bug fixes, including the one with the Toolbar: 
https://www.telerik.com/support/whats-new/kendo-ui/release-history/kendo-ui-for-jquery-2022-3-1012-internal-build

To include the newest fixes, you will have to replace the Kendo scripts in the application you are working on with the latest ones, and also replace the Kendo.Mvc.dll reference with the newest, so the version of the dll file, and the script files match.
