Your ASP.NET MVC WEB APPLICATION template STANDARD for VB.NET is broken -- I get the following problems when I create and run a web app using that Telerik template:

Broken thing 1:
Broken JS bundle entry (see attached screenshot called "JS Bundle Error")

FIX for broken thing 1:
If I put a ".js" at the end, the error goes away.

Broken thing 2:
The TRIPLE BAR when the browser is condensed, when clicked on, the context menu appears incorrect and off screen (see attached screenshot "TRIPLE BAR MALFUNCTION")

I'm using VS 2022 and the problems exist in both EDGE and FIREFOX browsers (latest versions).
