DateTimePicker "modern" look does not allow picking of hours

DateTimePicker "modern" look does not allow picking of hours in the MVC suite. In jQuery and Core AM/PM is not scrollable, nor selectable

Expected/desired behavior
PM setting must be present/scrollable/selectable

Environment
Kendo UI version: 2020.2.513*

Hi Maverick,

Thank you for adding this problem as well.

This fix has been scheduled for the upcoming release R2 2020 SP1. In less than two weeks, it will be available.
