Timepicker interface improvement

Please consider enhancing your TimePicker to something like the following:

The picker shows AM and PM at the same time, and quickly allows you to select in 15 minute increments.

Thank you for sharing your interest in enhancing the current TimePicker UI design. You could keep tracking this feature request in our UserVoice portal. Once it collects a reasonable number of votes and we are sure that this is the right way to go it will be included in the feature plannings.
