I am sorry for any confusion and will try to sort it out. 

The public feedback portal is the place where customers can share their ideas for new features or report ongoing bugs - you can review all logged items here. 

The Test Studio forum page is designed as any other forum portal - it is dedicated for raising discussion looking for advice from other customers as well as the Test Studio support team. 

All of the items you log through your Telerik account - private support threads, forum posts or feedback items (bugs and feature requests) - are listed in the Support Center section. The private tickets can be reviewed here and the forum posts and feedback items here. 

Other than that I can also share the public records for the bug reports or feature requests from the feedback portal as well as the forum threads from the forum portal even if you are not subscribed for these items. 

With that said when I shared the reported bug item I shared the one from the public portal. You should be able to also see this listed in your Telerik account through this link.
