Teststudio mobile - Extracted values

Hello,

Is it possible to use SetExtractedValue or an equivalent/alternative method available in teststudio mobile?
We used that method in Teststudio web to verify entered data in later steps. We've checked the documentation but couldn't find anything like it.

In this case we want to create a test for a webshop. In this test we add an article to our shoppingcart, in every step in the order process we want to verify that the article has the same price and amount.

Hello Martien,

Thank you for contacting us with this question.

Currently, it is not possible to extract the value of an element in Test Studio Mobile out of the box. This is why I converted this ticket to a public feature request on our feedback portal. We will evaluate it and plan it for future releases, but I can't say when it will be available. You can vote for it, to increase its importance, and add a comment if necessary.

As a possible workaround at this point I can suggest you to use a code-behind file in your test and set the value of the element to a static variable, for example. This allows you to reference that variable and make verifications against it. Please note that the verifications steps must be again in a coded step.
