Adding items with LoadOnDemand causes RadListView to scroll to top - only on iOS
I don't know how to describe it other than what  I put in the subject, but the list view jumps back to the top when more items are added to the ObservableCollection. Either that or a MonoTouchException gets thrown.

Hello John,

I reproduced the exception still cannot reproduce the behavior with scroll to top. I will need a repro project for this scenario and video with steps to reproduce. When using the Load on demand event or command the app crashes, when using the collection it works as expected and the ListView does not scroll to top.

The exception is logged here: https://feedback.telerik.com/xamarin/1624251-listview-ios-nsinternalinconsistencyexception-when-using-load-on-demand-via-a-command-or-event
