Refresh on iOS not smooth like flash

ListView was always refreshing smooth but when was installed from app store the listvew refreshes not smooth at all

Hi Adrian,

More than a month passed and the requested additional information wasn't provided. I changed the item status to "Declined" due to insufficient information.

I can suggest you open a support ticket and attach a repro project to it. Once we are able to reproduce the issue, we will be able to investigate it further and provide more information on the matter.

Hello Adrian,

I am afraid we will need more details on the exact setup you have and a video of the behavior from the app store and a video when app is build locally.

Also provide the page definition where the ListView control is defined and all the logic implemented for pull to refresh feature.

Please take your time and once you can send us the files, we will research the case further.

thank you but it haappened on my iPhone 6 Plus its a older smartphone

i am in holiday and have not my computer here

but the event pulltrfresh i handle like following:

istview.itemssource = null

listview.itemssource= Ds.GetObjects()

listview.endrefresh()

Hi Adrian,

I have tested our QA examples on iPhone SE 2nd generation with iOS 15.2 and compare the same examples on iPhone SE iOS 14.8, the Pull to refresh feature has the same behavior on both devices. The apps are not in the app store, they are on the app center.

I am not sure what could be the reason for the behavior in your app. We haven't been reported such an issue before. Could you please send us videos how the pull to refresh gesture works before uploading to the app store and a video with the behavior from the app store. If you do no want to attach the files here to the public item, you can open a support ticket from your Telerik Account and attach the files to the support ticket.

Could you please share more details of the behavior with the RadListView pull to refresh feature? It seems the issue occurs on iOS, as the app is installed from app store. On which iOS version/device the issue happens?

I will need some additional details and information of the setup you have, so I can research the case further.
