ImageEditorToolbar: [iOS] Effect and Crop toolbar items are not visible when the items are not automatically generated

all items inside the effects toolbar item disappear when the items are not automatically generated and you tap on the effect toolbar again:

Example:

the issue happens also with the Crop toolbar items:
