AutoCompleteView: Provide a way to access the internal Entry control

Provide a way to access the Entry control, so users can manipulate it through custom renderers/platform effects, for example to suppress the soft keyboard.

I hate to say it, but the lack of exposed renderers for custom controls in Telerik is one of things that causes me to use competitor's controls in my personal projects. I'm required to use Telerik at my day job. I don't have any strong opposition to Telerik, other than the renderers not being universally available for all Xamarin Forms controls that Telerik offers. So, in my personal projects, I use the controls of Telerik competitors (which will I will not specifically name here). My opinion for Telerik would be much better if I had access to all renderers for all controls.
