TabView: [iOS] NSRangeException is raised when IsContentPreserved is enabled after adding and deleting tab item

In a scenario where TabView items are added and removed dynamically and IsContentPreserved property is set to "True" - if a new item is added, then the user selects it and the same item is removed, an exception is raised on iOS.

Hello David,

We expect to release improvements in the TabView control with the R3 2021 release expected in September. I have escalated this issue to the development team and they are aware of it. Still, I cannot commit a time frame when a fix will be provided.
