AutoCompleteView: [UWP] The popup is not hidden after the control loses and regains focus and the entered text is deleted.

The suggestions view won't disappear when the AutoCompleteView loses and receives focus and the entered text is quickly deleted.

Repro steps:

  1. enter a letter into the AutoCompleteView text box
  2. wait for the suggestions to appear
  3. click on your desktop (or the Windows task bar or press the Windows-Key - probably anything that takes away focus from the app)
  4. click into the AutoCompleteView text box again
See the attached screen capture - the suggestions view won't disappear even when navigating back to the previous view/page (not shown in video).
