Add MediaPicker control

I'd like a little advice and suggest a new control.

Prior to iOS14 we used https://github.com/jamesmontemagno/MediaPlugin as our media picker in our Xamarin forms app.

Since https://github.com/jamesmontemagno/MediaPlugin does not work on iOS14 and is not being actively developed, we switched to xamarin/Essentials and now face a rotation issue (https://github.com/xamarin/Essentials/issues/1514) for a long time.

There seems not to be any alternatives!

Hi Alberto and Morten,

The feature has been added to the backlog, but it is currently unplanned.

In the meantime, I have two suggestions for you:

Use the RadImageEditor to allow the user to make any edits they prefer. See https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/xamarin/controls/imageeditor/imageeditor-overview
Use SkiaSharp for automatic image processing. See the Rotate Transform documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/xamarin-forms/user-interface/graphics/skiasharp/transforms/rotate

I hope this helps. I've personally used both options above and they work great for images.

Needed urgently. That's a great recommendation.
