TabView: Add IsBusy property to header's BindingContext

Hi Team,

As we need to show loading spinner on Tabview so require property IsBusy or Isloading on Tabview. We are doing dynamic Tab header binding as per api response. Tab should be locked till loading spinner is showing on UI.

Hi Abhishek,

We've discussed the described use case and we consider it more as a custom scenario, not specific to the TabView control itself.  In addition, there is an easy way to achieve it by customizing the TabViewItemHeader and using RadBusyIndicator control.   

Please find attached a quick demo showing a sample approach to implement loading indicator inside the tabs' headers.  I've updated the status of the feature request to "Declined".
