Popup: [Android] Editor's default text selection feature does not work when added in a Popup

If you place Editor or Entry inside a RadPopup control, the editor's (entry's) feature of text selection to cut/copy/paste is not working for Android platform.

This issue does not come from the RadPopup control, but it's rather a limitation of the Android PopupWindow.

Internally we're using the Android PopupWindow for the popup functionality and it seems text selection inside PopupWindow is not supported, here is the issue on the Google Issue Tracker:

Having this in mind, am afraid we will not be able to resolve this on our side. I have updates the status of the feedback item to "Won't Fix".
