PdfViewer: Provide a way to retain the scroll position of the document in a master-detail scenario.

When RadPdfViewer is used in a master-detail page, I should maintain the previous page index when I traverse between pages.

Starting with R2 2020 SP release RadPdfView provides means for getting and manipulating its viewport through the the Viewport property and ChangeViewport method. Using the provided API you can retain the current scrolling position as well as zoom level and reload the pdf document in the same state as it was left in a master-detail scenario.
