Chat: Provide means for implementing Automatic Hashtag and Mention symbol detection

Capability to automatically detect the at symbol "@" for mentions (maybe against a collection of 'contacts') and the ability to detect the pound symbol '#' for hashtag creation.

Hello Casey,

Thank you for submitting this feature request. 

I have updated its title a little bit  - we will consider providing a way in RadChat control for our users to build automatic hashtag and mention symbol detection functionality. Still, the concrete implementation may vary according to the application scenario and requirements. 

We're going to track customers' demand regarding this feature and will plan it accordingly. Please follow the item in order to receive email notifications on status changes.
