AutoCompleteView: Provide an API for changing the SuggestionView position

Provide an API for changing the SuggestionView position. For example the SuggestionView could be visualized above or under the input control.

Hi,

The feature is available in Telerik Ui for Xamarin R1 2022 release.

Use the SuggestionViewPosition property to change the position of the popup.
