SegmentedControl: [iOS] Provide a way to remove the initial animation
On iOS there is an initial animation when the page with the SegmentedControl is loaded. Provide API to suppress that animation.

Hi Kori,

I have tested out Telerik Sample App/SegmentedControl FirstLook example and the behavior can be reproduced on iPhone SE 2020 real device iOS 13.6.1.

I will keep that status of the item to "Unplanned", as the behavior still occurs.

Yes, you are right. Some changed were implemented in the native segmented control and were included in the iOS 13. We will test the behavior on our side and we will follow up with more information in this feedback item.

Since iOS 13, the native representation of segmented control was probably changed (the UI look different than pre iOS 13).  The initial animation issue doesn't seem to be present anymore.

This is very ugly behavior, so I'd love to see this addressed.
