ListView: [Android] Exception is thrown when building with XF 3.5

An exception is thrown when building in Release with Xamarin.Forms 3.5.

Available in minor release 2019.1.211. It will also be available in the R1 2019 SP.

This issue affects the RadListView and the RadTreeView controls.
