ListView: [iOS] Load On Demand, Pull To Refresh, Scrolling causes flickering

Flickering occurs after the RadListView is refreshed. The issue is observed with v 2019.1.116.1 of Telerik UI for Xamarin.

Hello Laron,

A fix to this issue will not be included in the upcoming R1 2020 release, still, it's with the highest priority on our backlog.

We'll update the feedback item status to "In Development" as soon as there is any good progress on it.

Our team has support ticket associated with this bug:

List doesn't hold its scroll position at bottom when reordering is disabled.
