Add a "text input layout" control

I'm particularly wanting the "Assistive labels" features, which comes from Material design (click in the textbox, and the watermark becomes a floating label).  Like this:

i think this is important, the feature was recently added to web components, so why not the mobile components.

Note that I would expect this to be addressed as part of the larger "Add support for Material Design" feature request:

Hi Drew,

Thank you for sending this feature request.  I agree it would be a nice addition to our RadEntry control, so I've updated its status to "Approved". We will keep an eye on the item and will schedule it if there's demand.
