Hi,

DataGrid now supports binding to a DataTable.

Thank you for sending your input on this. I understand this is important functionality of RadDataGrid for cases when the source is of unknown type and we definitely will consider the scenario.

This is really disappointing that this feature is not already there. Both Syncfusion and DevExpress controls have this feature. Not having the ability to easily add dynamic data to an application really ties our hands. I am a big fan of Telerik but had we realized that we could not bind to a data table we would have gone with another control provider.

We are a small organization of four developers but for what it is worth please prioritize this item.

Thank you for your feedback, I understand this is an essential feature for you, and I agree it would be quite usable in certain scenarios.

Still, for the upcoming release it is not included in our planning as we have other features with higher priority/demand. Please follow the feedback item to get notified on any updates regarding the feature.

I hope that for the time being you can take advantage of other components from Telerik UI for Xamarin suite.

Unless we can bind to a DataTable or at the very least manually add rows then the telerik components are extremely limiting. As you have said that you have no plans to implement this then we will have to consider moving to syncfusion controls as they have implemented this functionality a long time ago!
