Provide the option to display text on arbitrary position - on the axis, on the data point, etc.

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for sending the feature request. I have changed it a little bit, as text annotations would be enough to handle the scenario you have.
We'll keep an eye on this item and will plan it if there is demand.
