AutoComplete: Provide an option to explicitly show the SuggestionView

Currently SuggestionView is displayed when the text is updated and the control is focused. There are cases when users need to explicitly set the Text of the control and open the view with the filtered items.

I have updated the status of this item to "Declined" as it concerns the obsolete RadAutoComplete control. The feature is available with the new AutoCompleteView control through the ShowSuggestions() method, check the following topic for more information:
