SideDrawer: Expose TouchTargetThreshold property
Sets the number of pixels from the screen edges that will define the touchable area which allows to open the DrawerContent

The property is available in native controls:

Android: TouchTargetThreshold
iOS: EdgeSwipeTreshold
UWP: TouchTargetThreshold
