AutoComplete: Custom No Results Template
In addition to the string property for NoResultsMessage, add support for using a DataTemplate as well.

I have updated the status of this item to "Declined" as it concerns the obsolete AutoComplete control.  The feature (NoResults Template) is available with the new AutoCompleteView control, please check the following topic for more details:
