DataGrid: Add RadListView-like gesture support
Add gesture support to DataGrid, similar to the gestures found in RadListView (reorder, tap and hold, item swipe, pull to refresh, etc).

I have logged separate feature requests for the mentioned gestures in order to be able to track the demand and prioritize them more accurately. Please follow and cast your vote for the items below:
