Available in minor release 2018.3.1109. It will also be available in the R1 2019 release.

Hi Norman,

We have just shipped a minor release of Telerik UI for Xamarin containing a fix to the Entry issue discussed here.  Please download version 2019.3.1109 and give it a try.
